I would like to return or exchange my MeLuna. What are the return policies?

Since the MeLuna is a personal hygiene product no returns are possible once the package has been opened.

In the event that you may have accidentally ordered the wrong style/size/model we can however accommodate you as long as the package has not been opened and you contact us as soon as order has been placed. Packaging must be untouched and must be brought back by latest next day. No refunds are given.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?​

We will dispatch orders straight away via malta post. For deliveries in Malta and Gozo please allow one or two working days. For deliveries outside Malta please allow a minimum of 7 days depending on your location. For international deliveries, if you would like to choose a courier of your choice please contact us.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

Me Luna ® are not responsible for any parcels that Malta post fail to deliver.Please contact courier by email straight away.

-IF FOR ANY REASON, YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICES MUST BE PICKED UP FROM OUR OFFICES IN SAN GWANN.

 

Payments

You can pay for your online order with bank-issued credit cards from any country, Visa and MasterCard. Additionally, we're very happy to offer PayPal checkout service to our clients.

Procedure - 

1. Select the Style and Size of cup

2. Select Colour and Grip from the drop down menu

3. Add to Cart

4. If you are finished shopping select View Cart

5. Select Free Shipping or Paid Registered Mail or Store Pickup

6. If you would like to pay by Paypal select Checkout with Paypal

7. If you would like to pay by card select Checkout

 

Alternatively if you have BOV Mobile Pay, send payments to +35679052372, together with a text or whats app with the following information -

• Size Grip and Style (example - Classic Small Ring end)

• Name, Phone number and address.

If for some reason you would like to pay by Cash please contact us on sales@nixyfashiondesign.com or send us a message on our Facebook page.  Please note that this option is only available to certain locations and deliveries done Saturday after 3pm.
